Local lumber
We carry an inventory of 60,000+ board feet, in over 20 species of both hardwoods and softwoods,
sustainably sourced from our Colorado urban forests.

Most is 'as the tree comes' (with one or two natural edges, often in flitch). Roughsawn boards and slabs are mostly 5/4, 8/4, 10/4, 12/4 - from 6"-34" wide and 4-15' length.
We do not carry dimensional lumber (1×6, 2×4, etc).
Our inventory includes both roughsawn and surface/planed lumber. Most stock has been air dried to below 10% mc; we do have a kiln and some kiln dried lumber.

We carry a wide range of sizes: boards up to 3"x 30"x 14'
and beams & mantles up to 6" x 8" x 14'

All our lumber is sustainably sourced from local trees cut down for
one reason or another. We work with arborists, homeowners,
and local governments to give these logs a new life.
Our lumber is priced by the board foot (bf).
Price/bf is dependent on species & size;
character/figure/defects also adjust prices.
